Sewing machine in the cupboard and regarded with fear and suspicion? Pull her out, dust her off and learn how to use her! If she’s been there a while, ask an expert to show her some tlc and ensure that she’s not too stiff and cranky, then bring her to Sew and So’s for a limber up session with Jan.
You will learn the importance of thread and needle selection, how to master the utility stitches and where to use them, control and steering (L plates not required!) and hopefully arrive home confident enough for your first project! Jan will also show you how to clean your machine, keeping it free of ‘fluff’ and in good working order.
