JanetClare Newton- Quilt Pattern

£ 7.99

'Newton' is a stunning piece of textile art constructed using Janet's favourite fusible appliqué and free-motion stitching techniques and features her fabric collection 'Weather Permitting'.

This pattern is designed to be used with a layer cake (42, 10 inch squares of fabric) and one yard of fabric for the background. This is enough to piece the front, back and binding!

The full colour pattern includes detailed instructions to guide you through preparing and fixing the appliqué, piecing the top, quilt construction, layering and binding.

Full size templates are provided for the world map, nautical motifs and ocean names (all printed on an A2 sheet) and mean marking out your appliqué is a breeze! And with detailed layout guides and supporting photographs, you can confidently re-create Janet’s design.
