Greenwich' features many traditional patchwork techniques and showcases a beautiful mariner's compass at its centre, surrounded by simple pieced borders and finished with a lovely border of flying geese.

Creating the mariner's compass is quite time consuming and requires patience and a methodical approach, but the pattern guides you carefully through the process. So don't be afraid, and whilst patchwork and quilting experience will help, why not have a go!

The full colour pattern includes detailed instructions to guide you through foundation piecing the mariner's compass, flying geese and creating the borders. Notes are also included on quilt construction, layering and binding.

The foundation templates are printed full size on A4 paper, ready for transfer to your favourite foundation paper to create the blocks.
