How can I get in touch?
All our contact details are shown at the bottom of this page. We would also love you to visit us in person.
How does the online shop work?
By clicking on the categories above, you can browse around our stock. If you find something you want to purchase simply type in the quantity you require (it is set to 1 by default) and then click on "Add to my basket". You will then be asked to confirm that you want to add that item to your basket.
If you are ordering fabric, you should enter the length you require in metres.
At no point are you committed to buying anything.
How can I see what is in my basket?
At the bottom of every shopping page is a "Check my basket" button. Clicking on it will show you a summary of what you have selected so far.
On that page, to change the quantity of a particular item, simply change the figure in the quantity box and click on "Update my basket".
To remove a particular item completely, click on "Remove items".
To remove all items, click on "Empty my basket".
How do I place an order?
When you are happy with your selections, click on the "Place your order" to the right of the screen. You will be shown a summary of your order, and asked to fill in your name, address and contact details.
You can then either print out the order summary to post or fax to us, or click on the "Confirm my order" to email the details straight to us. We will then contact you to discuss postage and payment details.
What about postage costs?
We charge postage at cost, and will confirm the amount with you before sending your order.
Can I pay online?
Not at the moment. We are as concerned as you about the security of ordering on the internet. When we are confident of being able to take your details securely, we will offer online payment.
